Really handy to keep in fridge. No peeling and chopping garlic. Brought all the family jars as they are hard to find in this quantity size.

Garlic purée
Rather a large quantity to have in one go, but am sharing with friends and using liberally. Keep well cold; tastes sweet and delish. when roast or grilled.

Do not buy this product it’s only got 2 months left on the best before date

Not very user friendly!
There is citric acid in this and it is noticeable. Because this is from dehydrated when I tried to blend it for garlic mayonnaise it would not go smooth. I will not buy this again.

Slightly odd flavour, definitely no substitute for fresh garlic
Definitely no substitute for fresh garlic. Puree has got a slightly strange acid "twang" to it, nowhere near as good as another comparatively very very expensive brand, but still very convenient.
