I recently saw this storage box at a barbecue demo. The guy uses it to “rest” meat after slow cooking on the barbecue. There is plenty of room to use a metal food tray. He was cooking brisket that comes off at around 200 degrees and needs to cool down slowly to 150 degrees before serving. This does a terrific job because it is so well insulated. The lid fits extremely tight and is difficult to remove. That is necessary to achieve an airtight seal.

I purchased this to test my meat in after I remove it from the smoker. Works great, very lightweight and durable.

Keeps stuff hot or cold a really long time. 4 hours for wrapped resting brisket barely lost 15 degrees. Watermelon chunks with ice stayed cold for 4 hours outside on a July day in Georgia.

This does a great job of keeping things hot, fits a large hotel pan perfectly. I am concerned about its durability, I thought it was blow molded plastic., it’s just styrofoam.

Love these use them for catering, storage, anything! Strong and no spills!

I LOVE this item,... in fact, this is my 2nd one ordered as my daughter borrowed my first one... and she loved it so much I gave it to her and ordered another for me! I highly recommend this item!
