5.11 EDC PL 2AAA Penlight Tactical Flashlight, Style 53380

I have carried one of these 5.11 flashlights every day for over two years now. I like the lightweight, good clear beam of light, ease of use, the two AAA batteries last a long time (Duracell). As you can see in the picture they are an easy fit in the hand. I keep one in my car, one in my back pocket, and one in my Get Home Bag.Around town I find that I am daily using the flashlight to find something in a dark closet or under the furniture or sink or something. So handy to have it on me all the time. Also comes in handy for my early morning hikes or in the evenings when I signal cars to let them know I am present and getting ready to cross the street. In an emergency encounter you could even use the light as a yawara stick for self-defense.The only con I have with these flashlights is that on one of mine the rubber cap where you press the light on for a quick look or to lock it on, ripped. So I just took it all the way off and the light is still working fine. None of my other ones have had that problem, so could just be a fluke.Overall I would say don't leave home, or even be around home, without one in your pocket. You will be surprised at how often you will reach for it.

Phenomenal lil’ EDC light. The quality of the light is great. Its about the length of a #2 pencil and the width of a sharpie. It comes with 2 AAA Duracell batteries, and its very very bright. The button is a push down on the top of the pen located on the opposite end of the glass, and can be pushed down once for a steady light, or lightly pressed down and released over and over again for a strobe-like effect. 10/10 for the product. Will clip right into my pocket, and I’ll definitely buy again. 5.11 is a great American company and I’m glad to give them my $ rather than some random china producer.

I received one of these as a gift an immediately purchased a second one for my wife. The light is more than bright enough for nighttime tasks, fits very easily into the pocket and has a good clip. The weight is low enough that I don't even notice it when I'm using the pocket clip. I like the orange color because it isn't invisible in the black dash tray of my wife's car.

It’s a perfect edc flashlight not super bright but bright enough to see where you’re stepping at night or in a engine bay but the clip broke about a month after I bought it but I will say I’m hard on my tools.

Cheap and reliable. Durable enough for daily use. However, the button on the back depends heavily on the rubber piece staying intact. Through frequent use it wore down and broke, no replacement pieces found online so it is essentially useless now. But super cheap and will go through a good beating for awhile. Dont expect it to last forever though.

Great pen light. Super bright fits on the pocket for quick access. It’s not a spot and it doesn’t have any special features, but it’s super durable and the same size a tactical pen. I use it about once a day and it’s always ready. I got this to replace a cheap pen light with three brightness levels and a flasher. I realized I only used the bright setting and have never needed a flasher. So I went simple. I carry other light sources in my bag if I need them but this is part of my edc.

Perfect pen style flash light, easy one mode operation on click on one click off, it has a bright 107 lumen led decent flood to the stream. Perfect for walking to your vehicle at night in a dark parking lot or leaving a friends house late I highly recommend this light if your looking for simple easy reliable flash light. If your looking for a light with multiple modes such as low and high this isn’t the one for you.

This is my 3rd 5.11 penlight. I have had this one for a year and a half. The clicker end died last month, I replaced it with a spare. Now this one is acting up. I use this light to start IV's in the ER. I'm kinda disappointed in the quality.
