Great Addition for Those Who Want a Break from Pre-Workouts
An amino-acid also common in pre-workouts. But this time, you don't get your beta-alanine with all the other ingredients including the #1 most noticeable ingredient being Caffeine. I bought it for Beat Saber and Long walks. After nearly two weeks, I noticed I am able to endure exercises for longer and carry-on physical tasks "a bit" better. Compare this to pre-workouts and you don't get withdrawals, crashes or, unwanted side-effects from other ingredients.

It works
I rely on my diet to supply amino's thru the day. I take a Beta Alanine and one EAA amino at 2-3 amwhen I "get up". Otherwise take two prior to exercise, two during and two after my workout on Sunday morning then eggs.Don't over do it. GOOD STUFF

Smelly capsules
I have bought this brand for years but the last bottle of capsules has a distinctive unpleasant smell! Why is this? I hope its still effective

More tingling plz
Honestly, I REALLY enjoy the tingling in my face. After looking at the reviews I know that is an unpopular take, but for me it makes me feel like the supplements are working. That and I have been able to go longer in the gym. Good value for what I paid.
