Good quality, decent construction, simple fun. (updated)
January 2019:It’s still alive.Forget the shed, I store it under the deck out of sunlight but it sees all 4 seasons. It gets pressure washed before every BBQ season, so my nieces and nephews can come over and jump on it and pop the stand legs off...I pop them back in and get back to rocking.Cool part: Every year we get someone telling us “real cornhole games use wood and...” then about a year or two later they are asking for the url.So I hope they find this review too :)Thanks for reading my review and the update.October 2012 - UPDATE:No more parties this year so the game is in the shed for now. It's held up well and we will be going into next year with the same parts all in working order. I have come to appreciate even more that that bags are stored under the stand portion, that's great and makes it easy enough the older kids can clean it up without much drama. Also when the stands are on end facing the opposite direction, you can wrap a larger bungee around them and they just become a big block in the corner of the garage/shed etc. Also, If you manage to get the boards dirty and Fantastic doesn't work well, try patio furniture cleaner. So 6 months later and still pleased, would definitely buy these again.May 2012 - Original review below:The Corn Toss game has become a staple at all of our parties, so when I found an all weather version made by a quality USA company I was all but sold. Not because I could play outside in a monsoon, but because I could leave it outside for a weekend without concern of the weather and I figured it would be easy to clean. So far it has lived up to these ideals. The nice extra is due to its weather-resistant properties, I now have a beach game that I don't need to worry about chasing away any flying or bouncing parts from.I should mention that this set is a replacement for a set (from a big box store) which got a little wet from some unexpected rain and "fell out of shape" literally. Sad as we owned that one less than a year and paid almost as much. My 30 second inspection of the slightly more costly Driveway Games version is that we will have it significantly longer. So, the experience: from the get go, the experience is good. The box is labeled clearly and there are no mysteries to whats inside. You open the box and there are (2) big solid poly boards with legs attached, a couple pieces of styrofoam holding everything in place, and (4) of each color bean bag (red and blue) bearing the corn toss namesake. There are instructions, but I can summarize them here: flip the legs out on the boards, place them N paces apart, and get to throwing. My 7 year old niece pretty much took over the show once they were opened, so a complex operation this is not.My biggest concern with this was tossing the bags and how they would react, slide, or if the boards would be bouncy because they weren't made of a dense wood. That concern was eliminated with the first toss, they are fine. The nice part about the light colored plastic I found is when the sun starts to fade the boards are still easy to see until the sun is almost gone. Looks like they also make a night time light kit for them, but I haven't given that a shot yet.Overall the weight + construction of these is about what I hoped for when I clicked the buy button. The bags are also decent quality. We only have one weekend on the whole setup but the feeling overall is just sturdier (not heavier, just more well made) than ones I have used in the past. I'm glad I bought this set and would do it again now knowing what I know. The price is a little more than most - but buying the right stuff the first time is always cheaper than buying the wrong one twice. Hopefully this review has helped with that.

Super portable and convenient, primed for tailgate season
Spring has sprung and that means summer is on its way, and college football season is only 100 days away. Simply put, that means it’s time for backyard BBQ’s and soon after, tailgating (it’s required by law in the Midwest). For a while I’ve been wanting to build my own cornhole boards, but I’m prohibited by two things. One, I need to take the time to do it. Two, my wife says I’ve over build everything. She’s right, I like things to last and if I were to build my own boards, they’d probably be too heavy to carry around, but they could also be put in place as a truck ramp. So, with portability and time being big issues I decided finding a lightweight, portable cornhole set to be my best option. After searching around online I found the Driveway EZ Carry Portable All-Weather Cornhole Set. I have to say I am thrilled with this purchase. Granted it’s not wood, nor is it painted in my beloved scarlet and gray, but it is highly portable and fully meets my needs.Pros:Did I mention it’s portable? The two boards collapse to sandwich together, holding the bags inside while the sides latch. It ends up being only 3.5 inches thick and there’s a built-in handle that’s cut into the sides, no chance of that breaking. Nice. The legs themselves fold down from the back side of the board, with a cross-bar that folds down between the two to add extra support. These won’t collapse on bag impact like some of the other portable options, plus it remains sturdy giving a nice solid platform for game play. Carrying the it, it’s super light, making it easy to transport. This will help when tailgating and I don’t feel like carrying a lot of extra weight. The bags are full size, using a nice thick material and appear to be well sewn, I’ll update at the end of the season to remark on how they held up.Cons:I wouldn’t want to try it out as a ramp into a truck bed, but that’s my issue not the game’s. And it doesn’t come in my team colors, soon to be remedied by vinyl.Final remarks:I love it. This was the perfect purchase for my needs and I’m looking forward to a summer and fall filled with cornhole glory.

Works as Advertised With Couple of Caveats
I wanted to purchase a corn toss game that had boards that could be left outside so this product caught my eye. After some study I took a gamble and ordered it and was not disappointed; however, there are some minor trade offs. Some of the earlier reviews mentioned that the flip out supports on the elevated end had been broken by someone jumping or falling on them. I can attest that the hinge would be vulnerable in that regard although I've had no such issues. One just has to keep in mind that you can't "walk up" this board without putting those hinges under enough pressure to break or dislodge them. The plastic structure is a bit lighter than a wood board so you need to make sure that both ends are seated firmly on whatever surface you have them on to prevent any vibration when the bags hit the surface. The surface itself has a "slide" characteristic that is a bit less than a highly polished wood board but not a big difference and since both teams use the same surface it doesn't really factor into the game. You may have to re-calibrate your tossing style just a bit. The surface also has just a bit of bounce to it when the bag hits but again is something you acclimate to pretty quickly. The last issue for me was whether or not the cornhole lights could be mounted on this type of board. The answer is yes...but. They are easily installed beneath the hole and very effective; however, the flip out stands at the end can no longer be retracted fully and clicked into place for storage. Not a problem for me since I leave them out anyway and storing them with the end supports "almost closed" is not an issue; but, this might be for other buyers. The on/off switches for the boards mount near the edges and do not cause any issues.
