Great for knee or elbows
This was very good for knees and elbows, but was not as cold as the large flat cold pads from core products.

Excellent product.
Love the product. The pack stays flexible so it is very comfortable. Most cold packs become stiff and hard, but not your Core Product. I have a couple of the different packs., The cold really helps the pain of my arthritis.

Great for knees
I've tried multipe cold gel pack following my knee replacement. This is the only one that hugs the top and the sides of my knee. The gel stays soft. The pack stays cold for a long time, and it's not too heavy.
