The company stands behind their product
I am very pleased with the product. It's what I was hoping for.My first glass bottle arrived shattered, which most likely occurred during transport. The company rectified the issue and expedited a new glass bottle.

Great replacement for my plastic bottle.
I wanted a glass bottle to replace the 5 gallon plastic water bottle in my bottom load water cooler dispenser. This worked great!

Nice Jug
I received a nice glass jug, but no bubbler or anything else. This is not a "kit" at all; it's a glass jug. Buyer beware.

Great value for the utility and aesthetics
I now own two of these. The product is fantastic. In my quest to reduce my exposure to plastic and improve my health I started getting my water from a local purifier store. I've got a crock-style ceramic water dispenser and I put one of these on top. Works like a charm. Looks beautiful. Is very satisfying to use. Made in Italy, per the packaging. To properly cap it I bought plastic "milk jug" style caps from my water store, which fit the plastic 5 gallon jugs but also work well for this. Not quite plastic-free but darn close. The company does a good job of packaging the product. Lots of bubble wrap and a double layer of cardboard. I suspect these do break sometimes in shipping but I'm sure the seller would handle that situation. I'm successful 2 for 2 and planning to buy one more soon. When filled with water these are certainly heavier than their plastic brethren. But, doing the math, it only adds about ten pounds. Five gallons of water weighs roughly 45. The jug weighs 11 pounds. And considering these only cost 10 or 15 dollars more than a plastic jug as of this writing I think it's a fantastic value. Absolutely worth it.

Made in
For whatever reason they don't brag or emphasize the fact.... these jugs are presumably made in Italy according to the labeling on bottom of the jug.. a fact they should show all over the place to justify the price having a product manufactured in a high dollar country of origin...
