Most stores locally only carrying spray version. The Gel is much better especially applied before bed time. Good packaging.

I was getting terrible nose bleeds until I started using this daily to keep delicate membranes moist. Many of my friends now use it, too.

Easy to use and very helpful. But lasts only a few hours.

I am on oxygen and this works so much better than the sprays especially at night. Six pack will last for a long time without running out!
