Great foot/leg support for long workdays, and I love the rollers
2023 update: I still use this footrest every day in my office. No complaints after 5 years.2018 review:When I found this product on Amazon during my search for a decent footrest, it jogged my memory. A decade ago, when I was a product manager, a supplier had given me a similar footrest to demo, and I absolutely loved it. I will not pretend that the quality has improved over the past decade; of course it hasn't. Everything is getting cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised, however, to discover that the quality is still very good, especially for the price.I'm a short-ish person with short legs for my height. I also have a built-in desk in my office that is properly sized for a giant. I'm very particular about ergonomics, as I sometimes spend 15 hours a day at my desk. I measured to be sure this product was the right size for my needs. (If you're not sure about the height you need, grab a plastic shoebox, some pillows--whatever it takes to reach a comfortable height--and measure this stack before looking online. Footrests come in many different heights and sizes.)This product adjusted to just the right height. The footrest surface rotates forward and back (you can't stop it from doing that), but it's perfect for my needs and prevents leg cramps. I work in my bare feet, and the rollers give me a nice massage. I can use the rollers during video meetings without anyone noticing, so they're fairly quiet. My office is carpeted (high pile frieze), but I've never had trouble with the footrest sliding. (Other reviewers have mentioned their footrests don't seem to sit still on carpeting.)I have yet to see how this product holds up over time. If it should fail, I'll update my review, but the initial quality and useability are excellent.

Rest assured, this works.
Sitting down at a desk for 8-12 each day, I need to keep my feet elevated. This fit the bill.I was a bit worried that the bumps on the footrest would be too big and bother me because I usually sit at my desk barefooted (I work from home, not in an office). However, the bumps actually provide a bit of a soothing touch, though each person probably has their own preference. I especially like the rollers in the middle. Rolling my feet on them actually feels pretty good, but more than that, it reminds me to keep my legs active instead of stationary. The footrest has 3 easily adjustable heights and the top can tilt about 30 degrees each way. I actually use the tilting feature to stretch my ankles and calves every so often. The only minor complaint I have is that it skids on my floor. In my office I have Berber carpet so there is really nothing for it to grab onto. I think if the floor where hard or a deeper pile, it would stay in place.Overall, I'd recommend this to someone who is looking for an office desk footrest. For the money, it is quite a bargain.

Quiet, effective footrest with rollers for a good price
Great foot rest! I use this foot rest at work, on carpet. I have a standing/sitting desk. I am short, and so where I want my desk and chair set at for good ergonomics is not good for my feet. They are dangling. This footrest alleviates that. And I love the rollers. I can slip off my shoes and rub my feet on them. The foot rest itself is quiet, even when I rock it, but the rollers do make a little noise, but not so much that people complain. The footrest was easy to figure out and set to a good level for me.I have a different foot rest at home, and was hoping to find one like it, and now that I have this one, I like it better!I like the rollers, and the ability to raise and lower this foot rest.

I LOVE this foot rest. Best I've had over the years.
I am pleased with this foot rest. I am just 5"1" so obvious must have one. I have had many over the years and this is one of the best I can remember. It rocks freely allowing me to bend and flex my ankles so not so stiff after hours of sitting. Previous foot rests have 3 fixed positions and the plastic mechanism breaks so then stuck in one position. I do not find the adjustment tab in front a problem because I use the footrest turned around with tab to back. I like how it feels to my bare feet. The outside edge has bumps and the center has rollers. Great to massage feet while working hours at computer. I've only had it a day so can't say how long it will last but all my previous ones with 3 fixed positions were broken within 3-6 months. So maybe with rocking freely it will last longer.

Money Wasted
I was very happy with this footrest - the rollers for massage, the adjustability both height-wise and angle-wise, perfect for me. Within a few weeks, however, one side of the mechanism failed then broke completely apart. The following week the other side snapped and upon examination it was plain that the plastic is inferior, very hard and brittle and unable to sustain normal use. I am not a large person at all, and never used it for anything besides a footrest with my office chair.Definitely cannot recommend.

Must have
I got this because my desk chair tilts slightly forward, which ends up hurting my back by the end of the day. This has relieved so much more than my back pain. It truly helps to align me and it's a huge plus that I can rub out my feet throughout the day, helping circulation while at my desk. The only downfall is that the rubber stoppers that help support the adjustable leveler keep coming off. I ended up just taking them all off and it still works well.

Not near as durable as it looks
I've had two of these items, used by two different people, break in the exact same way. They held up for about a year, give or take, before some of the plastic support parts snapped in half and no longer functioned - which make it impossible (or at least very haphazard) to adjust the height of the item from the floor. They don't see heavy use or heavy weight on them, but the supports on the underside which hold the circular rubber pieces get worn out very easily and really need to be made out of something harder and more sturdy. Not going to purchase this product again.
