Broccoli Rabe Friarielli Preserved in EVOO - Maida Farm, Campania, Italy

This was absolutely delicious! I usually cook my own but sometimes you just want to be able to eat well with less work. This fits the bill for that.I wish the jar had been larger. I will reorder a few more jars to keep them on hand.The quality of the food was outstanding.

These have been my favorite Olives for a long time, but I haven't had them in quite a while. Really glad to see them on Amazon finally. I love these so much because they are not overly salty like most olives out there, and the oil they come packed in is SO GOOD you can use it stand-alone as a salad dressing. These are great in Pasta, with the oil added in for extra flavor. (You'll want to get an Olive Pitter for cooking, but these are great just to snack on by themselves too). I don't take the time to write many reviews, but these Olives deserve a 5 star review, I just went through 3 jars in a few days, about to order more. :)Hopefully they eventually can get a Subscribe & Save discount / or bulk discount with cheaper shipping, but don't let that keep you from trying these wonderful Olives.

This broccoli rabe is sooo bitter and sour tasting that I could not eat it. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I DO NOT generally write reviews, but this product is well worth it. OMG! I absolutely LOVED my Broccoli Rabe Friarielli. It is definitely Italian flavor being so well seasoned. (I have been to Northern part of Italy) I loved the packaging in a jar instead of plastic. (We all know plastic is detrimental to our health). Not only that those in their store are amicable, courteous and ready to help. I will DEFINITELY be buying more.Rev njs

Give em a try and you will be extremely delighted! Try not to eat the whole jar at once...

Broccoli rabe is either fresh or in this oil version. A must-have in my soups and sauces, I can "cheat" with arugula plus this oil.
