I stupidly decided I wanted to learn to skateboard at 41 🤦‍♀️ Fell and tore ligaments in my entire bicep and rotator cuff. I wore a sling for 2 weeks then felt like I still needed some support/stability so got this. At first it seemed pointless as it didn't really keep my shoulder back like I thought it would (it likes to fall forward) but I noticed whenever I have it on the pain goes away so clearly it's working! I've been wearing it for over a week now and most likely will be for awhile. Great customer service as well, I didn't have any problems but registered for the warranty and resistance band and received prompt replies!

I have not used ice packs, just the brace. It's perfect for providing a light pressure against the upper arm and shoulder and limiting lifting the shoulder.Pros: Phenomenal customer service. I requested a smaller brace than I originally bought because I have narrow shoulders and the larger size, while comfy around the upper arm, was too bulky in the shoulder.Excellent, light pressure on the shoulder feels great.Cons: it would be great to have a size between the small/medium and the large/xl to get a perfect fit.The neoprene is stinky without a good washing.

I am seven weeks post rotator cuff surgery and now at that stage where I can be out of the sling, but am finding that my shoulder still needs a bit of support. I decided to try this shoulder brace and it's been great! It has provided good stability to my shoulder. I'm able to wear it for a long period of time while I type and work at my desk. I have even worn it while sleeping and my arm wakes up less sore than without it. So overall is been a great addition to my healing journey.I knocked it down one star (it would have been half a star if that was an option) because it irritates my skin. I wish the inside cloth was soft, but the material used is a bit abrasive. This is a problem for me because I tend to mostly wear tank tops and sleeveless shirts . If you're not like me in that regard, it shouldn't be a problem at all. To remedy this, I use a soft piece of material in between so that it doesn't irritate my skin. It does the trick!

Like most people here I was in search of something to give me some sort of relief from my torn rotator cuff. I am not eager to have surgery no my eager to receive the cortisol shots for relief. My problems happen more so at night the discomfort comes when I'm sleeping and I feel pretty confident that is because I tend to roll over during sleep on the right side which is the side that has the torn rotator cuff. My first night, I used this strap to stabilize my shoulder, I ended up tossing and turning more than I typically do. Not sure if it was an adjustment issue or if I was just having a really bad night, but the next morning I was exhausted and it felt like the strap was pinching in the back of my shoulder. What happened dealing with this off and on for the past year, the idea of going through another night of restlessness was unbearable so I decided to return this shoulder strap. I have red lots of positive reviews from other customers and I was looking forward to that. It may be a time thing where you have to become acclimated to it. I decided to return it and the company has issued me a refund without any issues.

I'm giving this brace a 5 star, for quality and fit. It's easy to adjust and fits me well, in size small. I'm a female 5'3" and in the low 140s for size comparison. I bought this brace because I have a dislocated clavicle, so though it does help hold my shoulder in place and reminds me not to move it while it's healing, I think I would have been better to get a figure eight-type brace for a clavicle injury. No fault of this brace however, and if your injury is fully shoulder alone I think this brace would be great. It's very comfortable, and soft and not itchy at all, however it does get pretty hot because it is thick. It has a space on the shoulder to put an ice pack or heat pack. It seems well made and that it will last.

Just what I needed. Really helps me sleep better and my shoulder is feeling better after just two days. I wear it a good part of the day. Then remove it for a few hours before bedtime and put it back on for sleeping.Customer service is awesome. I contacted them about the free tape and stretch band and they responded within a day. There’s a paper in the package with the email. Also check the exercise video.

This is nothing more than a glorified ice holder the word brace in the name of this item not existent again. This is only good to hold an ice pack on your shoulder.I gave it two stars just because it holds the ice pack pretty good when it doesn’t fall out…..

First and foremost the customer service is amazing! Received the brace and it just didn’t fit and feel like I could adjust it to my size. Sent an email and BOOM they are sending me a new brace! The quality of the brace is very sturdy and seems to be of high quality material. Would recommend this brace to anyone that has shoulder pain. Also the ice pack fits great in the brace! Thanks again fightech for an amazing experience!
