Nope, no fluid in it. I'd advise you to buy extra fluid and some flint and wick so you can keep using it!

In my opinion you would not be able to paint on this finish. It is too glossy. If you we're wanting to paint on it, I would look into one with a matte finish

Q: Is this lighter green?

Well it is Chameleon, but with the sun light it looks very green. I truly like it!
