Product is useful and worth

although the phone is useful but the looks and quality of plastic of phone is not good. the price 3500 is very high for such a cheap looking phone. but still like it for its features. the 4 buttons on top are quite useful but you have to stick photos on them physically or order from them for 250 rs

Perfect gift for little brother! I noticed my brother had a hard time with modern smartphones, but this one is simple, easy to use, and just right for him. The photo contacts and SOS feature make him feel more secure—and he really loves it.

settings are difficult and the instructions are not great but the support was awesome, they collected the phone, upgraded the software and sent it back in a couple of days - works quite well and fits really well for what I needed for my daughter.

We were looking for a cell phone for our 7 year old son to know his whereabouts when he is away from home. We had tried giving him an android phone earlier but it did more harm then good. He started watching videos, started calling random persons, sending whatapp messages and what not! Then we got to know about Easyfone Star and decided to give it a try. To be honest, I am amazed by its uniquely designed functionalities.1. The phone can be configured remotely by an App.2. Hard to believe, but it doesn't even have a keypad.3. Calls from only pre-approved numbers are allowed.4. No internet access means the device can be used only for the purpose it is meant for.5. Four quick dial numbers (with just one key press) that can be configured through App.6. You can request auto call back to pre-approved numbers.7. SOS button to send SMS (along with location details) / call pre-defined contats in case of emergency.8. Can be remotely asked to automatically send the current location.9. Theft proof because of its modest looks.All in all, a must have safety device that can be handed over to kids for a complete peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Not so useful

Although this phone works fine but it has some issues:1. Battery drains very quickly. It only lasts for around 1 to 2 hours.2. All the extra features like Discreet Listening, Pull Location and Auto Callback which it promises doesn't work in this phone.3. There is no facility of Alarm, FM Radio etc.Al last I would say the facilities which this phone provides is really commendable but the software of this phone is not well suited or that robust to handle these many features.So I think one should buy a cheap keypad phone offline instead of buying this.
