So I have it on the motorcycle and when the good gust of wind comes... ALARM!! I do live in a spot with reserved parking so can't really park it where there isn't to much cross wind. yes, I switched out the batteries for new ones thinking it was that , but it's not!! grrrrrrrr This s**ks cause now i hear the alarm and say...OH IT'S JUST THE WIND..

I got this a year ago and it’s still going strong. Sometimes the wind will make it beep once even with my motorcycle cover on it but other than that there hasn’t been any issues. Great to deter people from the bike

Good for motorcycle I purchase this for my motorcycle and it’s a good product to buy was nice and cheap the minute you touch the alarm will go off it’s no joke nothing to be played with with the lamb on my bike and alarm from that lock is two different sounds somebody’s gonna turn around

Alarm works well on bicycle disk brakes. This lock uses a narrow key which easily fits on my keychain, unlike the round lock keys.Two minor problems:1) Bag method of attachment to bike does not stay tight - lost one from strap self-loosening one night. Needs velcro or other more secure way to attach to itself.2) Bag needs to be slightly larger to hold alert cable.

This is a great little motorcycle disc alarm. I got it for my Triumph Speed Triple which is my daily rider but it also fits my Honda F6B. The lock has 6 batteries already installed but they also provide an additional 6 batteries as backup and an hex tool to open the lock to install the batteries. I like that it came with a carrier case for the alarm and a orange reminder bungee cord so you don’t forget that you have the disc alarm in your bike. The lock fits fine in the bag but the bungee cord does not. I just use the strap on the bag to secure the cord to it. The alarm chirps once when you lock it. It will chirp 2-3 times when you unlock it. If you mess with the lock the alarm has a high pitch chirping noise. Should alert or alarm anyone within hearing distance if parked in a populated area. Honestly if a thief wanted your bike they are going to get it but why make it easy for them? All in all I think it is a good deterrent if not extremely annoying for a would be thief.

The lock is very easy to use and has a high decibel output. Hopefully I never find out if the noise will deter criminal theft. This is not a do-all theft deterrent item. Will need to utilize additional locking items. It is sensitive enough to sound alarm if there is attempt to move the bike. It appears weather resistant but I would not recommend leaving it out in the weather for long periods of time.

This was delivered on time and works very well.I was worried it may be too sensitive with my motorcycle cover on but it hasn't gone off because of the cover blowing in the wind. it will give off a few warning beeps if the motorcycle is moved before it goes full alarm which is nice in case you ever forget it is on the bike. overall it is very loud and very durable. I would recommend this to anyone I know who is in the market for an alarm system for their motorcycle, plus it's much cheaper than the other options of a comparable product.

Item works as it should and feels solid, plenty loud enough

The only reason I gave a 3 star, it due to the battery's. There is no recharge, it's just replace the battery's. It does get you to keep spending money and it will get costly,6 button battery's, its 21.00 to replace, don't buy doller store battery's they leak. If they only had a option to recharge the battery's and when there at the end of there life to get a replacement later on. Other then that it's a great product. Solid and works well.

I initially was hesitant, but I needed a disc lock that wouldn’t bankrupt me. This does the job, it’s pretty solid and it is a deterrent. I lightly covered up my bike while it it was on, and it started beeping. So I am happy that it is triggered by movements and I feel a bit more at ease now leaving my bike. It fit my Honda Rebel 500 for reference.
