This is an awesome beast
This trampoline is so heavy duty and sturdy. It is a beast! We’ve had five teenage boys all jumping at once and it didn’t budge. I love the padding all the way around. I don’t have to worry about anyone getting a foot or arm injured between springs. It is heave duty and takes four of us to lift and move when I’m cutting the grass. Absolutely worth the money. Much better quality than the others I’ve seen at stores and in our neighborhood.

Great Quality (almost)
This trampoline is well-built and incredibly sturdy, the kids love it. There were only two drawbacks. First, the directions are not well written and if you don't really take your time you'll miss steps and have to go back. Second, the ladder they provide has VERY weak metal bars to hold it to the trampoline. They bent near flat after the first day and then the ladder falls off (did it when one of my kids was coming down the ladder, fortunately they were only bruised). I bent them back into shape but it happened again the next day. The ladder is in the garage and there's a milk crate for them to climb in and out on. Except for this, the trampoline is exceptional quality which is why I gave it 4 stars. You'd think they could get a decent ladder...

Great trampoline....you get what you pay for.
LOVE this trampoline. Bounce pad is perfect "bouncy-ness" unlike cheaper brands.

Garbage Trampoline
After 5 months of use from a single 115 pound teen the stitching started falling apart. The description says 20-30 year all weather mat. It's not, and they won't replace it. They tell you it's a prorated warranty and you're responsible for shipping, if you push back on that they offer you another garbage mat for $40+$40 for shipping, so in 6 months you can fight for another garbage mat for your $1k trampoline. And the best part is Amazon totally defends them and just keeps quoting the same seller policy. Expensive lesson, they can keep their cheap mat, we had a $300 trampoline from Costco that lasted 8 years in all weather, this thing's a rip off and now I don't even want to use Amazon, I'm sick to my stomach.Update: nothing ever resolved, yeah they offered me another garbage mat for $40 after I said no to the $400 dollar mat months ago. Amazon either doesn't get it or doesn't care, they put me on the phone with the seller, seller said they don't advertise this trampoline as 500 pound heavy duty all weather 30 year, the whole thing is just extremely disappointing. It certainly did me in for buying from 3rd party sellers as the Amazon A to Z protection does not apply to 3rd party sellers. This was $1k spent on complete cheap falsely advertised garbage.

Sturdy trampoline
So far so good. It took a long rime for dwlibery and got held up at the local distribution center. Boxes came damaged with some foam damage to the protective sleeves on the net poles, but they can be replaced with foam noodles. We did have a d-ring stretch and bend while hooking up the mat. I just hope the rest of them hold up with all the jumping we are doing. All said and done i feel like it is a quality product and would recommend if yoh are in thw markwt foe a sturdy trampoline.

Assembly instructions were generic and poorly written!
This trampoline seems like a good product. Very poor instructions in regards to base assembly and use of hardware! I was able to get things correct by a lot of trial and error! It was fortunate I was a shop teacher and familiar with use of hardware! The trampoline came with badly damaged cardboard boxes, but there was no apparent damage to contents! Delivery man stayed and help inventory contents!

Good product, bad customer service
The trampoline itself is great. It came with a flawed netting which I immediately tried to address with the company. First I called and was directed to email, which I did. After a few days I went to the website and found a customer service form which I also filled out. I asked if they could replace the netting. Didn't get any response from either method. I have called the number about 5 or 6 times since and it doesn't get answered. Most recently I tried to contact the seller through Amazon and even though it says I will get a response in 2 business days, I have not. Even having them respond with, "tough luck" would be better service. Kids love the product, but I would try to find it somewhere else if I had to do it again.

Strong frame, weak jump mat
The frame is very heavy duty, I am very happy with that part. Arrived quickly. The jump mat, however, it’s very cheaply made. Within about a week the tabs that hold the rings that connect to the springs started to rip out. The seller kindly sent a 2nd jump mat, and now this one is doing the same. This is the third trampoline we have owned. The first two cost 1/3 of what this one cost, and came from the local big box retailer. But the frames on those trampolines were much more flimsy and couldn’t withstand sitting outside during Minnesota winters. With the children growing (now age 9 & 12, avg sized kids), we decided to spring for this more heavy duty trampoline, one rated for adult-sized people, only to find that the frame is great but the jump mat is weak. As of today the jump mat is at the local awning repair shop to try to reattach the tabs and reinforce the stitching. The worker there noted they were surprised how thin the thread used was, as well as the nylon that runs around the outside. This project will cost about $100 to repair one mat. Disappointed and surprised at this fatal flaw in an otherwise high quality product.
