Q: Is Cafix gluten free?

No it is not gluten free. The first two ingredients are barley and rye, which are straight up gluten.

Q: are all ingredients non-GMO?

This question was asked & answered NO in 2014. Since then, genetic modification has become a much bigger issue. It is now 2023 and my new jar of Cafix and all the ones I see on the shelves in stores have the label stating it is verified non-GMO. Amazon's photo of the product apparently is outdated because it is missing this label.

Q: what are the carbs. per serving

The label says a serving is 1 tsp. and contains 2 grams carbs and of that less than 1 gram sugar. It seems to be the only nutrition.

Q: Is the one in the red tin crystals, or is it powder?
