Q: Is there any latex in these at all?

As I'm allergic to latex and certain types of adhesives I haven't had any reactions to these patches.

Q: How do you put these on?

After you put the monitor on and it's sticking add the cover. Fit it over the monitor to make sure it fits in the right direction. Then take it off and turn it over blue stripe down. Bend toward the ends and you will see the perviraded end pop up pull off the small side first. Apply it to the skin. Then bend it back to get the long side and pull it off and.put it down on skin That is the bottom. The blus side should be up now and it to has a perveraded middle. Pull the blue back on both sides. Now the cover should be on correctly. Press all around to make.sure it's smooth.

Q: Does this completely cover the transmitter too? Or is there a cutout around the transmitter?

there is a cutout around the dexcom g6 senseor

Q: What is the Expiration date?

No expiration date on these, just a dressing for a layer on top of your G6 sensor
