Q: Are these gluten free?

The label does not indicate whether or not it is gluten-free. I checked the website glutenbee.com and found this information but I am not able to confirm beyond this: “According to The Hershey Company, Jolly Rancher Candies do not include any gluten-containing ingredients. They also note that this “gluten-free” statement has not been fully evaluated to qualify as gluten-free by FDA standards.” I hope this helps.
