Around 7kg... It's not too heavy. Pretty good product!

Q: Will this fit the Deluxe racing stand and compatible with the add-on gear shifter?

Yes just make sure you select the correct model that is compatible with the 300RS. This is basically T300RS with a better wheel and superior pedals that you don't have to sell off on Ebay.

Q: I have this set and was wondering what size/thread bolts I need to mount?

You shouldn't need any bolts to mount it. There should be a mounting clamp built into the underside of the steering wheel unit.
