Love Monroe struts and shocks. You can't go wrong with them. Slightly better than stock. I'm very happy with them

These mounted exactly as one would expect. They do not make noise and have firmed up my ride.

With just 209 miles on my struts, I am not sure how long they will last. So far so good.

This are the 2nd set of struts I've put on my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. After 120k miles I decided to replace the factory original suspension and couldn't pass up the Detroit Axle brand due to the price. That was a big mistake as the Detroit Axle brand was absolute junk (no shock absorption, made all kinds of popping and clanging sounds, and rear shocks were the incorrect length for the application). I ended up having to eat the $220 I spent with Detroit Axle because they would not give me a refund. I bought these Monroe brand (471128 R&L (they are different price, they they physically look identical)). I've had them on my van now for almost 10k miles with absolutely no issues. They are not quite as good as when the van was brand new, but pretty close.

Amazon shipped the wrong part altogether. By the time I got to doing the work I was past the return window. I’m trying to get beyond the chatbot so I’ll update that later. March 11- But for the actual product Monroe Shocks & Struts Quick-Strut 471128R Strut and Coil Spring Assembly - yes you should get this! I have a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT and it fits. Very easy to install if you watch a YouTube video or know how already. Chances are if you’re buying auto parts from Amazon you have some DIY auto experience. I had to rent a breaker bar and a torque wrench from autozone, so keep that in mind. The van rides smooth and quiet now. Just installed today so I’ll update in a few months.Update: Amazon made it right and gave me 80% refund. The strut itself works as expected. So far no complaints.

These are nice quality, good value front struts for a 2013 Town & Country (and however many other vehicles they fit). The all-in-one quick strut makes replacement quick with minimal tools. If you're familiar with the process and have normal mechanic tools, it takes around 30 - 45 minutes to replace. The Left Hand unit is slightly more difficult to replace than the Right Hand due to the windshield wiper linkage above the strut, but you can do the replacement without removing the wiper linkage and without damaging anything.Of course you need to get the vehicle aligned afterwards.

After installation, the ride was extremely harsh. After about 4 weeks, the strut assembly developed a clunking sound coming from the strut bearing any time the steering was turned. I contacted Monroe customer support multiple times with absolutely zero response. I was told by Amazon that after 30 days, nothing can be done to replace or refund a faulty part. I've replaced the struts with a different brand from a different supplier, and all of the previously mentioned issues went away. But now I'm out $236 for faulty struts that I cannot return. I would avoid Monroe brand suspension parts.

It fits 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. Good quality. Fair price. I have installed it. So far, so good with no issues.
