I have not slept all might in over 20 years. It’s been less than a week and so much has changed within my body. Before taking these vitamins I would eat throughout the day and just get extremely sleepy in the middle of the day, that stopped. I’m up all day now. T.M.I but I had a vag odor that I’ve been going to the doctors about for over 10 years , that stopped. My doctor is horrible so I have to self diagnose myself as premenopausal and that’s where the odor might’ve come from. These vitamins gave me my normal back. I take 1 per day and it’s been great.
