Surprisingly delicious
This is really good yes very thin I added 2 spoons of corn starch and thickens right up I also added 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella and some Parmesan cheese figured I had plenty room for adding since it’s 0 everything and then I divide an entire pot into 5 containers for my lunch so very low calorie. I made it with chick pea pasta and ground turkey this is my new favorite.

It says "6-pack" but I only received ONE jar
I think this product listing is clear-enough - Both the title and the product image read "6-pack." The delivery arrived at my door in a box large enough to fit a microwave oven. I open it and found layers and layers of wrapping - half of my box was filled with bubble wrap and plastic cushion bags. Inside several meters of bubble wrap was - ONE JAR of Alfredo sauce. Not only do I feel cheated from not receiving what I ordered and paid for, but I am absolutely astounded by the environmentally-unfriendly product packaging. There was no invoice with my order, simply an advertisement for another of VitaCost's products (you can be sure I will not buy it). Needless to say, I'm not feeling too happy with the product nor the company right now.

No credit for broken jars
It is a good substitute to provide a good shrimp Alfredo dish. Using zero carb spaghetti that is blah, it made it edible. One jar was broken on arrival, but it was not their fault because they wrapped each jar in bubble wrap. For some reason they have decided to use the worst possible shipping company, ON-TRAC. A big hole was punched into the box from obvious miss handling. Amazon will not stand behind this product. Will not reorder EVER.

Manufactured to be a health hazard, not a sauce
I bought two products at the same time. The garlic herb, and the alfredo sauces. The garlic herb was unsealed, and had the unpopped cap to prove it, but the alfredo sauce? They (the manufacturer, not the seller, to clarify for Amazon's review review process) didn't even *try* to jar it right. The jarring process used by the manufacturer (again Amazon, I'm referring to the lack of quality of the product, let me leave this review) doesn't involve sealing the jar. They literally just screwed a cap on a jar. Is it good? Is it bad? Who knows! Actually I do, I tasted a bit. It tasted like slightly spoiled alfredo sauce that was cut with sawdust. Not, at all, worth the money, let alone the food poisoning.

Why Does This Have to Contain Sucralose?
Between this and the zero-calorie pasta, it's great to be able to have pasta again, which before this I had just forgone altogether. However, there's really no need for this to be made with sucralose as far as I can tell. I think it's OK in my case, because the most servings I have is three per week, tops. However, I would likely consume more of this if it was made with xylitol, erithritol, stevia, or some combination of the above (or something similar). I don't really understand why pasta sauce requires a sweetener, but then again, there's a lot I don't understand.

Great alternative when doing keto
I like it and will buy again. It is very runny but I added a cheese blend of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano (Belgioioso salad blend -0-carbs from Sams Club) and it was a great add for my zucchini chicken Alfredo.
