I conducted a thorough research before buying my first AC and detailed reviews really helped me make the right choice. I am writing to express some concerns regarding the installation and performance of my air conditioning unit.Firstly, I have noticed that the cooling capacity is quite low, especially when the AC is set to auto mode. Additionally, I am facing an inconvenience whereby I have to change the mode back to Auto Mode every time I turn on the AC, as it does not start in the last used setting. This has been quite frustrating and affects the overall user experience.Moreover, I would like to address the installation experience I had. The technician initially refused to drill a hole because he believed there was a pillar in the way. Despite my insistence that it was just a wall, he remained unconvinced even after I arranged a video call with the previous mason who had constructed my window. Ultimately, he left to buy additional materials, and upon his return, I had taken the initiative to drill the hole myself, which went through easily. This situation was quite stressful, especially considering that I paid a total of 4700, along with an extra charge for a 5-foot copper wire.

Samsung air conditioner is more better than other brands.Because the cooling facility and features are great. The customer service is also good, Budget is similar from any other brands,AI features are excellent. And the functions are outstanding, The Installation service is excellent and behavior is also good, Add 1 last more thing, the remote functionality are great.

Pro's:1. 5 years peace of mind warranty2. To be honest my room size is 180 sqft its takes around 30 minutes to cool my room its not bad based on room size it's takes time. Good cooling.3. The smart functionalities in app there are soo many options it's make easy to control.The price range everything value for money.Con's :1. Intallzation cost is very High. There techniation charge extra 500 for connectivity wire its not provided by Samsung company.

Very Good Product. But it comes without the external unit stand and drain pipe and a electric cable which you have to purchase. This will cost you nearly Rs 2000/-,,

Don’t ever think of buying this AC from SAMSUNG and USELESS AMAZON. Spent 10+ hours trying to install it, and guess what? It’s not even working! Absolute waste of time and money.SAMSUNG’s product quality is terrible, and their so-called support is as good as non-existent. But the real disaster is Amazon’s customer service – completely incompetent, zero accountability, and no resolution. They just pass you around with scripted responses and no real help.Save yourself the frustration. Avoid this AC, avoid Samsung, and most importantly, avoid Amazon for big purchases.

AC is perfectly working. Installation is perfect. Installation charges are high 1500 without GST and other charges including extra power cable ,plug top in my case sum upto 3250/- Daikin and hitachi charge only 699 for installation and other charges extra. Energy usage features, WiFi, AI integration are good. Fan speed is audible if set in turbo and high mode. Looks minimal. 3 star is value for money if just used for 2 months only in a year. I recommend this AC.
