Just Stopped Working
About a month after we started using this collar it stopped working. I've put in a lot of effort to troubleshoot-it. It charges, turns on and off, lights up, and I can change the range, and intensities. However, when it turns on, the numbers are supposed to be flashing 00 and start counting up. Unfortunately, the numbers just stay on 00 and don't flash. I've reached out to the company, but didn't receive a response. The online manual doesn't help either.

Didn't work as advertised
The concept of the collar is a great idea. However, setting up the collar (i.e., entering the desired settings) was not easy and required lots of trial and error. Even worse, the GPS did not work well at all. I set it for the minimum distance (30 meters, which I measured), but the collar did not activate until ~90 meters. In addition, even then it was inconsistent; as I was testing it, sometimes it would not activate until ~60, 90, or 150 meters. Unfortunately, because I was using it in a small yard, I needed it to activate at 30 meters consistently. I would not recommend using this device for a small space.

Description misrepresents product performance
Nothing against the product itself, but the description misrepresents its performance: it says range is 10-990 meters. In actuality, the product won't let you set anything under 20 meters, which makes it useless for smaller yards, like mine. I wasted time buying and then having to return this.

Product did not work
My husband and I tried following instructions and prompts but could never get the collar to activate, beep, vibrate, or shock. Returned product and plan to purchase another brand.

Went dead after a month
This is one of three different brand collars I tried and returned. The charger is not a magnet, so waterproof claim is sketchy, as the rubber plug could leak. Once you set the center point (mine id down the road a bit) it is supposed to save it even when you turn it off and on again. It did not, as the dogs were shocked well before the perimeter setting. This device/GPS inaccuracy cannot happen, as all of your training is destroyed at that point. Screens went dead after a month, making them useless.
