This product did exactly as it claimed. The color match was perfect. It also comes with mink oil which beautifully seals in color and conditions the leather making it look brand new. The marks/discoloration on my handbag are completely invisible now, and it looks like the day I purchased it. It has no pungent odor, which is great, since I have a sensitivity to strong odors. The cream and mink oil are not sticky or messy, although handle the cream with care and use very little to begin with until you get a feel for how much coverage you will need. Also, use caution when opening the leather cream since it is very well sealed, a plus. The instructions are user friendly and the package comes with all the tools you will need.

Holy cow! This stuff works! I had a tan leather jacket I bought in Florence a couple years ago and it got a sweat stain around the collar. Looked awful. I got it professionally cleaned and they got the dark stain out, but it faded the leather and made it unwearable. I was devastated as I love this jacket and can't exactly hop across the world to get another. Then I found this cream and it actually worked! The jacket looks great and I'll be able to get many more years of happiness from wearing it. I highly recommend this stuff!I also ordered the dark gray cream to attempt to fix my (probably faux) leather sectional that my son had worn out in one spot. Once again, I was amazed at how well it works! Now we don't have to buy a new couch! This stuff is amazing!

I bought this for an oversized leather chair that was really looking rough. There was one section that had peeled horribly. It was about 4 inches in diameter. I had even tried adhesive patches in the past but they were an eyesore and always peeled off. I was extremely close to disposing of this chair. I stumbled upon this product on Amazon and took a chance. I am extremely pleased with the ease of application and completely blown away by the results. The color I needed was the dark brown and the match is spot on. It seems very durable too. I truly couldn’t be happier.

I was skeptical, but this stuff was amazing. I dog sat my brother's dog and it scratched up my leather couches. I was going to toss them they looked so bad. This stuff made the couches look new. It was a little work, but I used a microfiber cloth and rubbed the stuff almost like shoe polish on the couches. Then I let it dry and buffed to make sure it was dry. Used the conditioner after wards and did the same thing. Did 1 3 seat couch and 2 two seaters. Buy this now, it works. Can't be happier.

You can never clean the item you use this on again. I followed directions exactly, only applied 1 coat, then let dry for 24 hours - way more than the ten minutes they tell you to wait. Wiped down with a wrung out, damp (not wet) cloth and all the balm started coming off. Not excess - ALL of it. Used on an absorbent leather, yet none of the product integrated with the leather; just sits on top of it. Would not be safe on any object that would need wiping down in the future. Not water resistant. Will bleed. Extremely disappointed that is not made obvious in the item description. Is a nice look for an item that you are never going to actually use.

It's plain paint! I thought it would be more of a balm/ cream with color but instead it's just paint.
