I had a partial knee replacement. This ice unit is transparent, it shows the temp. So you know when to add more ice. It can hold 5 bottles of ice water. It lets you program rest and run time. It has a remote that is easy to use.It has a pause button for when you go to the bathroom. I am very happy that I have this unit. I have been using it for 4 days and I have no complaints, just praises.Also, the price is right.

This is well made, has a strong quiet motor, and the pad is great. I really like that the hose-to-pad connectors don't leak and are easy to use. It would be perfect if the hose could disconnect from the cover as it would make it easier to drain water and reload ice. Very good despite one small inconvenience.

I love that i could find a replacement for the 3 that I wore out. It is a bit heavier than previous ones, but still a great unit.

Would give no star if I could. First, didn't arrive on time as indicated. Then first use for total knee replacement. Ordered this ice bucket to help circulate and it doesn't. No matter how much ice I add, only one side gets cold and the other is hot. I have to add cold compresses.Also, the makeshift wraps are a joke. Don't waste your money, go order somewhere else. I will be throwing this out. Not worth the aggravation on returning. I'll just lose the over $100 I bought for this worthless bucket of steam.

This system was used after a shoulder replacement surgery. It worked well at keeping the surgically repaired shoulder chilled and was easy to reload with frozen water bottles.

So helpful after ACL recovery. Worth every penny. I love the remote control that comes with the machine.

The media could not be loaded. This item comes well packaged in a thick cardboard box with the company logo and machine specifications on it. Inside, everything is wrapped and protected.The device comes with a double walled, plastic bucket, the top cover with the controls, the wrap that can be used on the knee, shoulder, or back, a remote control that takes two AAA batteries that are not included, an AC adapter, and an instruction manual. The instruction manual is just okay. It privides directions only on how to put it on the knee. It does not tell you the quantity or ratio of ice you should fill it with, but the bucket does have a treatment fill line and maximum fill line. The remote control works well. You can control the water flow with three different levels, a timer from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, the panel light and bucket light, and also pause and run settings.This works well to provide therapeutic cold to your knee or other area without the need for having to refreeze an ice pack. It also provides slight compression. It’s best on the knee or shoulder, but not as good on the back because it is pretty small. After use you will have to let it dry for a day or so. It’s very hard to get the wrap portion dry as the water stays in there and does not drain well. The bucket has rubberized feet so as not to scratch your floor or slide around.. I experienced no leakage from anywhere. The included velcro wraps are a little bit stiff and thin feeling. this is currently priced at $159, which is expensive, but this is considered a medical item, and they all tend to run pretty high. I do think it’s expensive for what you get andalso the quality. The remote control is a bit cheap feeling, and it does not feel like it would survive too many drops. The bucket and leg also are a little bit cheap feeling. A set of AAA batteries should have been included. I think a larger wrap should also have been included.

This product is PERFECT. It runs ice water through the tubes, then the pad and relief is instant. It's extremely well made. It's sturdy hard plastic, that can not leak. They give you extra O rings for the attachment to the hose. I'm extremely pleased with this product. Don't hesitate to buy. They had it to me in only 2 days! Exceptional product, and didn't break the bank! I search a lot of different ones. Hoping I can save you that time with this review.
