Wanted a digital camera before our upcoming long vacation for our kid, hence got this to try. Good unboxing experience of this product. Well-arranged and everything feels branded including the box in which it comes. Also, out of the box, I was impressed with the setup. For the price & picture quality, I would recommend this camera.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Clear picture quality & stable video quality- Has digital zoom- Setup was easy without any issues faced- Camera is a mini size overall making it a very portable option- Good build quality- Detailed instruction manual included for reference- Warranty provided by the manufacturerCons:- I wish there was a carrying case included in the bundle too

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought this camera expecting decent quality, but within weeks of use, it completely froze. The screen locked up, none of the buttons worked, and it wouldn’t even turn off. I followed all proper usage instructions and treated it with care—this was clearly a defective product.(Keep in mind the camera froze at 7:43 I am posting this at 8:20)What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a replacement or refund, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. There was no courtesy, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to make things right.I wasted time and money on a faulty product and got nothing but frustration in return. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this brand and their customer service team.

I recently purchased this digital camera and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! Everything works perfectly & reminds me of the retro era. It’s ideal for capturing fun and memorable moments. It’s compact, easy to use.Although I was supposed to receive a 64GB memory card and ended up getting a 32GB instead, it’s not a big deal , still very usable and doesn’t take away from the overall experience.This camera is exactly what I needed and I’d confidently give it a solid 5 out of 5. I was hoping to like this, I tried to get good pictures. If this is 4K capable it's only in pixel count not in resolution. I've seen WIN98 pictures turn out better. As a kids' toy it is fine, it comes with plenty of room for pictures and videos, but don't expect to be hanging any on the wall.

Great gift for a 10 -year-old boy! He loves it, and keeps him away from cellphone/tablet. This camera is super easy to use, and the quality of the pictures is amazing. There's something special about taking a picture with a camera rather than a cellphone, which can be really inspiring for young kids (we might have a future professional photographer in the family!). Great value. Not only as a present for kids, but for adults as well in my opinion. Recommended!
