Packets exploded
This was the absolute worst case of coffee that I have ever purchased. Some mornings 2-3 packets would explode before getting a decent cup of coffee. It was obvious when looking at the packets that the seals around the edge were not consistent. I hope it was just a production equipment problem and not a change in the sealing process.
