Extremely Disappointed – Received a Pre-Used and Suspicious Laptop
I received a laptop that appeared to be pre-used, with no proper branding or documentation. It automatically synced my personal data once I logged in, which raised serious security concerns. The packaging, manual, and charger were also very unprofessional. I expected better quality and control from Amazon. I’m now dealing with stress and delays in my work because of this issue.

Huge dissatisfaction with the product! did not come as advertised no fingerprints no adapter given there was no camera as well and it turned out to be a notebook not an actual laptop felt extremely deceived recommend you buy other legit brands. Ive already filed for a refund and return
