I had some issues with setup being as the instructions were not the greatest initially. Support was perfect getting back to me and sending more resources that were specific to my problem. The product itself works beautifully and looks/fits amazing in my vehicle. Everything I hoped it would be and at a great price too!

Update: I really enjoyed Nunoo’s customer service even though I didn’t love their technical support. Nunoo tried to help resolve my issues by replacing the product at no charge to me and not asking me to return the original product.I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I definitely needed to add one for this head unit, mainly on the install process.So first of all, if you have the Premium sound system (it will say “Premium” on your factory head unit), this will not work unless you splice and/or solder into a few wires. You’ll also lose function of your factory subwoofer since they don’t include any connection to it. So that really stinks honestly.Install instructions are none existent other than a link to a video of someone removing the factory head unit and installing the new one. No instructions on how/where to mount GPS antenna, how to wire and splice into wires to get the backup camera to work, how/where to actually mount the backup camera, etc.If you change your own oil and have replaced a speaker before, then you probably have enough experience to do this install on your own. If you have little to no experience, this will be a very hard task, UNLESS you just want to add CarPlay to your car (i.e. you don’t want a backup camera and you don’t have the Premium sound system). It took me about 5 hours to install including splicing to make my Premium sound system to work, splicing and soldering backup camera connections, routing wires to the back of the car, etc.Once all of the install kinks were resolved, I had to also force my way into the factory settings using code “000000” to adjust quite a few settings, namely the amp output. This is because volume level one was already insanely loud. Again, no instructions were given for this and I had to figure it out all on my own.Overall, it’s is a budget head unit that gives you wireless CarPlay which is awesome and works great after working out a bunch of issues. I contacted the seller numerous times through the Amazon chat feature as well as the separate “24 hr” email support, but never got a response other than “our engineer will get back to you”. Don’t expect help from the seller; there is definitely a language barrier.
