When I evaluate new health supplements, I look for brands that present with the type of products and certifications that prove they are organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested and American made with clean formulas. Doctor’s Best is a quality brand who’s profile includes the sourcing, manufacturing, testing standards, etc., that I look for when I buy supplements. I consume many of their products. While their supplements are good quality, Doctor’s Best does often use flow agents and fillers in many of their products… Unfortunately, this is one of them. I usually make my supplement choices based on what is NOT included in formulas as much as I care about what IS in the product I am ingesting.I have been taking Choline, CDP Choline and mostly Alpha GPC for a few years now. I credit these supplements with helping with my overall health, well-being and cognition. Consequently, they are part of my daily supplement regimen. This Doctor's Best Choline w/Cognizin is unique because the main ingredient, Cognizin Citicoline, is a patented proprietary form of citicoline which is much more bio-available, effective and expensive than the standard Doctor’s Best version of Choline Bitartrate. I have only made the switch from Alpha GPC a week, or so, ago. I haven’t discerned any changes in me, but I take a lot of supplements. It can be really hard to know exactly what or if you are getting benefits from a product. I do know from how I feel and perform, and from medical tests, that my supplement journey of ten years has yielded solid, measurable, significant improvements to my overall health and well being. It is also a medical axiom that what might work for me, might not work for you, or work differently for someone else. I like that this Dr's Best Choline SUpplement contains Cognizin choline in it, it gives me the impression of higher quality choline. Since I take just 1 of these capsules daily, a bottle contains enough to last me 2 months. I've taken other types of Doctor's Best supplements too, and its a brand I feel more confident using.
