5 stars are very rare! These get 4!I am enjoying 2 of these and have just ordered 2 more as gifts! I enjoy a steady and gentle release of the scents of Palo Santo and sages. This holder allows me to gradually smolder my items or burn a little stronger. The small tea light candles from Wally's are what I use. I only see one review, but so far these are great. Nicely packed in a recycleable/compostable cardboard box. You have to push the poles (with a side-to-side twisting motion) into the quite sturdy base with a bit of force as the holes were drilled, but the poles had not been previously inserted, so a first meeting takes place! I do use the disk to raise the candle. A votive, as well as a bit TALLER tea light might set into the holder well without the disk. Not sure about the metal charring permanently but will see. This does not have the issue that the set with the LARGE WIDE tealight has! Seems the oversized candle is problematic so get this one!!Peace***UPDATE***Gotta give 5 stars!!I am still enjoying these holders and they are still excellent! I also burn bakhoor and the bricks can sit on top of the poles and be warmed by the tealight! Just swing the poles a little closer together. Since bakhoor does not disintegrate, it will not leave a mess. It warms the fragrance out of the bakhoor. I then put the used bakhoor on a charcoal disk the next time and DRAIN the last bit of wonderful aromas! Finding another way to use it and enjoy other types of fragrant items gives this 5 STARS!

Just received this and put it straight to use to test it out. It's perfect~ the tea light placement and metal holder above it allows for just enough heat to keep a steady burn of palo santo sticks. Beautifully designed and so glad to find this "peace" on amazon.

This is a wonderful solution for sage and palo santo sticks. I always light them but then they burn out pretty quickly and I can't keep relighting them all the time. That is annoying. I actually have a ton of sage and palo santo sticks and don't go through them as quickly as I do incense, because the incense burns all the way down and the sage and palo santo do not. I love this idea. Most tealights last awhile from what I can tell - and the soy wax tealights last even longer than paraffin. It holds up well and is super attractive. What a brilliant idea!

This sage stick/wood stick holder is perfect! The adjustable holder makes it easy to burn any size stick! There's a spot for a candle to keep it burning or a gold stopper for decoration when you just want it for decoration.I love the moon decals and it's small to store when not in use.
