Season 3 times before use = great pan
The media could not be loaded. IF, this pan is pre-seasoned, then it's not pre-seasoned well. I think that's why this item is often returned. I looked at the pan and instantly knew I would be seasoning it a few times before expecting it to be truly non stick cast iron. Season this pan 3 times before use preferably with peanut or other high temperature oil, letting it cool in the oven between seasoning. Remember on an electric stove heat the pan slowly or the center will be much hotter than the edges.Then it's a perfect crepe/dosa/omelet pan.

it does works perfect for my flower tortillas and to make hot cakes or bacon really recommend it to anyone and arrived earlier than expected thank you guys.

Gets very hot, be careful with the handle
Takes some getting used to if you've never used cast iron. Once you season this and start using it, you'll enjoy this for crepe making.

Nothing sticks but handle gets warm
It’s been more than a month now that we are using this pan. Has been working out good so far. Nothing sticks we tried Indian breads, crepes and it worked out good.One big drawback is the iron handle. It gets very warm. I burned my hand twice. Basically you cannot use the handle. It could be made with a different material to make more usable.It got rustic when we cleaned in dishwasher. So it’s not good for dishwasher

When you purchase these understand that pre-seasoning is not seasoned you will have to be patient and take care I bought two just for crepes and pancakes
