Nice 2V solar power cells
Nice small solar power cells, around 2 volt output per cell. Great for replacing sidewalk light unit cells.

Have the fun of repairing, rather than throwing away and replacing
I wasn't certain I could repair a solar-powered yard light that had stopped functioning. I have a couple of different styles but they all use a very similar photovotaic solar cell. (see photos). These lights are many years old (3 to 7) and I have a pretty good knowledge of troubleshooting and repair, so I wasn't afraid to tackle this one.The repair involved testing, to make certain that the issue wasn't power (tested by replacing the rechargeable battery with a known good battery), bulb (tested by swapping with a known good bulb) and then using a voltmeter to determine if the photovoltaic cell was producing a charge when in the sunlight; it was not.Disassembly was pretty straightfoward, the key was figuring out that the photovoltaic cell was glued to the top. Other than that, it was removing screws and using a soldering iron to de-solder the old photovoltaic cell and solder the new one into the battery assembly. So if you're a garage guy or gal, you should be able to handle this repair. Of course, I only needed one photovoltaic cell but my guess is that if one failed after many, many years, more might fail soon, as well. So now I have some "in stock" for the future. As a side note..this year I had to replace a few of the original rechargeable batteries with new rechargeable batteries. Again, you can test by using a known good AA.The feeling of making something old serviceable again just can't be beat.(Not able to rate durability yet, since I just made the repair. But I HAVE confirmed that the photovoltaic cell is producing electricity).

Works well
Recently changed some panels on a few solar lights that I’d like to keep. Changed the panel added a new battery and works well. They are also light sensitive so they will go off when there’s light out and obviously back on at dusk. You’ll need to know how to work with basic electronics to make it all happen but if you do it’s a good value so far.

Worked as a direct replacement for failed yard light solar panel
I was able to get the old one ripped out and one of these soldered into replace it and the yard light is now charging the battery during the day as expected.

excellent product
the product was well protected when it was shipped. Used two the solar cells to this point no problems worked great. Even through they are 54 x 54 mm with a little work they will fir in a 53.5 x 53.5 cell. Nice product
