Really like how this cookbook is organized by regional dishes, allows for a greater experience of 'touring' the regions. There are good pictures, and clear recipes that seem very authentic but also practical to make.

This book introduced me to Armenian food, which I knew little about. The recipes look interesting, and the photos look appetizing as well.

As a collector of cookbooks and a foodie for sure, I really liked this cookbook. I was pretty unfamiliar with Armenian food but I was curious. I am happy I picked up this book. I like how it explained the regions and the spices. More important is that I loved the Armenian Lavash I made last night. I am looking forward to exploring more recipes from this book.
