Definitely feel a testosterone boost after 4 days. Impressed with this product 👏

I've generally been using these to keep my health and libido in check. A few years ago I did some research into sexual health and testosterone as I was in the process of planning for a baby with my partner. I wanted to do everything possible to boost testosterone in the process I found that Tribulus Terrestris is cited as a good supplement to aid healthy testosterone and boost libido. I've been using Tribulus Terrestris ever since. I've taken a range of different Tribulus Terrestris over the years from different suppliers, all citing nearly identical benefits, all citing their product as having high strength. I hope they've been working. I also use them daily to keep me energised whilst at work and I have found if I do forget to take supplements on any given day for whatever reason I will definitely have a slump in energy and productivity

These tablets are solid, unlike the capsules type with a filling. They are a little mkre difficult to swallow but only marginally and don't taste of anything. They are just small enough to swallow without issue.They are relatively low in tributes terrestris so they advise you to take 3 a day. I take two. My personal experience is that they just give me a bit more energy and virality day to day. It's more subtle than I would like - perhaps I should take 3. But no obvious negatives to mention

These tablets are a solid tablet - rather than a capsule and are easy to swallow. Can be cut into half if you struggle to swallow tablets etc. They contain a high dose of Tribulus Terrestris in 3 tablets. I've noted only 1 or 2 tablets a day are needed to feel an extra boost on those workout days. I recommend trialling between 1-3 tablets a day to see what works well for you
