Most new seasonings I first try on wings, this one has good flavor but tread lightly

Normally everything gets eaten at cookouts except my Turkey Burgers. This seasoning took them to another level. Nobody complained that they would rather have a regular beef hamburger. My husband couldn't tell them from regular hamburgers. They smelled awesome while cooking and tasted as good as they smelled. Definitely will cook my Turkey burgers with this seasoning from now own.

I use it on the grill and smoker, as well as in the kitchen.

We eat burgers once a week; the kids like them, and the grownups do too, of course. For those of us who enjoy bleu cheese, I chose to sample the bacon bleu flavor. Since I had never eaten a bleu cheese product that wasn't made with fresh cheese, I was first a little skeptical, but we weren't let down! It's so tasty, it's amazing! The bacon, bleu cheese, and extra onion and garlic are all very discernible. For one pound of ground beef, I used a few teaspoons of spice, and I would think it was the ideal amount. I really want to try the other PS Seasoning burger mixes because it's so tasty.

Very yummy on everything.

This comes across as more of a bacon seasoning when you cook it into meat- the blue cheese seems to fade but still really good! I will note that you need to use a little more than you expect to get the flavor to survive the cooking process. Once I got the hang of how to use it I really enjoy it! It's amazing in hamburger meat!
