I didn't expect to be this impressed by the Lain electric toothbrush!From the moment I opened the box, I could tell this was a quality product. The packaging is so well-designed and sturdy that I almost didn't want to discard it. It's clear the company takes pride in its product and wants to make a great first impression. The toothbrush it'self feels solid and well made. It's shorter than my Sonicare, which makes it perfect to take along with you. Plus, it has a travel case - bonus!One of my favorite features is the charging cable. It's flexible, easy to store, and magnetically attaches to the device. This also makes it convenient for packing/travel.The brush's performance is where it really shines. The oscillation technology is outstanding - it actually moves in a brushing motion rather than just vibrating like other models. Fair warning...don't turn it on before it's in your mouth or there will be toothpaste everywhere!The app lets you control the intensity and brushing duration. While I personally would have preferred these settings on the device itself, I understand we're in a tech driven world now, and some users may appreciate the app integration.The color options are very nice - although if you are OCD like I am, I would not opt for the stainless steel version - its a fingerprint magnet.Overall, this toothbrush exceeded my expectations! While I was originally looking for a secondary toothbrush for travel, I have quickly changed my mind. I have purchased a second Laifen, now I have one in both my home and the motorhome. I highly recommend this toothbrush - you will not be disappointed!

I saw this toothbrush at CES for two years in a row and finally tried it and I was not disappointed. I have used Sonicare and Oral B iO toothbrushes and had problems with their performance and battery life, not to mention their replacement brush heads were expensive.I purchased the matte aluminum version and it reminds of the look and texture of a MacBook. The packaging itself is very impressive as it reminds me of how Apple packages their devices. The charging cord is magnetic and also like a MacBook. I can easily get 2-3 weeks of use on a full charge with the highest preset mode and 3 minutes brushing duration twice a day. With the app, you can set the toothbrush to have stronger vibrations and oscillation settings but the highest preset was good enough for me to make my teeth feel clean.This toothbrush came with the 3 different types of brush heads that Laifen offers. I like the Ultra-Whitening brush head because the bristles are a little more firm so I can feel the intensity of the vibrations to give my teeth a cleaner feeling. The brush heads were the clear plastic ones so they do feel a little weird when using the toothbrush if the backside comes into contact with my teeth at certain angles when brushing. Laifen does offer the softer plastic brush heads now for this reason so I will be trying those when it is time to buy replacements, which are significantly more cost-effective than replacements for Sonicare and Oral B iO.Overall, I have been quite impressed with this toothbrush!

After a brief conversation and information exchange, they offered to send me the newest toothbrush (SE Wave) along with 6 whitening toothbrush heads to accommodate the defective product and I shockingly accepted.Even though they sent out a new and working product, my completely honest and no bias review is the Wave SE is a great product. Teeth are completely clean after brush head calibration and for being my first electric toothbrush I'm very satisfiedFirst toothbrush didn't work out of the box after fully charging.
