Yes! just like the inside of a brand-new car. I imagine after being aired out and used for a while the smell would dissipate. The carrier is nice, although not the best I've seen. The color is pretty and it is well-made but it is worth noting that the seams are not double-stitched so I'm unsure how long this would hold up to a lot of use. It's also not quite as soft as many other carriers I've tried. However, the price is right and this carrier is very versatile.

This baby carrier provides great support for my son and I. I love how there is many different ways you can use it and how easy it is to put on. This baby carrier helps me have both of my hands free and ready to do other things while still having my son close to me. It is very lightweight but can still carry a good amount of weight. The material quality is very nice and thick which makes me feel secure knowing it could handle my sons weight plus more

The carrier does not fit my daughter in law, who is not overly large. It would be a great carrier, but you will have to be skinny to use it!

Comes with instructions, demonstrating how to adjust for the different uses It has a zipper pocket for carrying larger items and even has a elastic pocket for a baby bottle or water water bottle The straps are very soft and comfortable for your shoulders The product is good quality materials, and sewed very well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've tried all the different types of baby carriers and this one is THE BEST. It is light weight, comfortable, and comes with lots of different carrying options! There is a little pamphlet that notes how you can carry your little one at all the different stages, making it easy to know what is recommended/not recommended. This one has a hip seat and regular carrier, each of which you can use on their own or together. The hip set is a hard concave piece of plastic, which makes it sturdy, yet light, and it takes up so much less space than carriers that have a big foam block. The indent under the seat instead is a great place to store stuff, but you also have the option to store your things in the other pouches/water bottle holder.Just a note on the color, mine was much more of a darker blue than in the pictures. I actually like it much more than the grey-ish blue shown!

This is probably one of the most versatile ones I have had. I may not need all the options, but it sure is nice to have the choice. The carriers appearance is soft neutral blue colors and is made of quality lightweight materials. The carrier is portable and easy to care for.
