I was really hopeful about this supplement and committed to using it consistently for 30 days, specifically to help with my postpartum brain fog. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any improvement at all. In fact, it almost felt like the brain fog was getting worse, which was pretty disappointing.I know supplements can work differently for everyone, and I can see how it might be helpful for others, but it just didn’t deliver for me. If you’re looking for something to help with clarity and focus, I’d suggest trying other options. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend it at this time.
