No "telescope" but usable
It seems really well made (absolutely no "I'm going to break it feeling").It can get tricky to pair but if you get a hold of it you will be fine.Nice as a mini tripod.I have to master the pairing process.

Does not connect.
It will not connect to my cannon g7x mark ii.Instructions are no help. Tried multiple times. Left it on the charger over night. I will be returning!

Only Have two issues
So I received this item today so this is by no means a comprehensive review. Does it work yes. Does it sync easily with the camera yes. The instructions are definitely not great as far as telling you how to pair to your camera. The legs of this device are not level. I have it on a level table and my image is cocked slightly with arms fully extended. I have to move one of the legs to get it level for the shot. My other issue is the zv-1 eats batteries and this does not allow you to open the battery door unless you take it off the tripod. Which is fine unless your trying to take a video and you have to transition the clip and the camera is slightly different. Is it good price to value....Id have to say yes. Would I buy again I'm not positive on that. Update newmowa did contact me about my review, I told them about the lean when camera is on the tripod . I returned item for a refund.

Worked Great with the ZV-E10
The remote paired with my camera without any issues. You can take photos, start/stop video recording, blur/deblur the background, and control the zoom from the remote. The mini-tripod worked as well. Now, this is a basic grip. It doesn’t have any stabilization or other high-end features. However, it is priced well to reflect that. My camera is a little heavy with the cage I have on it, so I would probably remove the cage when using this grip. No functional problems to report.
