I've been taking L-citrulline supplement quite a long time now. I've tried many brands before and most of them gave me a good result producing nitric oxide in my body. However, I cannot quite get the same benefits I got from the other brands from this brand. It is a questionable to me. 3 stars.

I take L-citrulline for help in the gym and bedroom. It seems to increase blood flow across the body so that helps in all the areas where you might imagine. Obviously, its not going to replace a stronger medication, but every little bit helps and I keep coming back to it because it feels like it works for me at least.The pills are average-sized since the dosage is two pills so no horse pills here. I had no stomach discomfort or side effects to speak of. No odd smell or weird aftertaste either. Quality of pills seems to be on par with other brands I've used before.8/10 I would recommend it. L Citrulline is an amino acid that through a couple of metabolic pathways, end up producing nitric oxide, and improving blood flow.After a week of taking this, I definitely felt better during my workouts. Instead of counting the seconds until the end after the 30 minute mark, I still had some gas left in the tank.I never noticed an aftertaste, bloating, or cramping like I've seen some people complain of.No side-effects and a little energy boost is a clear winner for me. This is another one I'll keep stocked.

This seems to be a good quality Citrulline so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is excellent- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)- Carlyle brand (aka Horbaach aka Piping Rock) supplements have done well in 3rd part testingI haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
