Bits and Pieces - Indoor Hummingbird Lily Fountain - Zen Tabletop Water Fountain

It looks better than the picture - from a short distance it looks like copper. Close-up the hummingbird looks to be in the old tin forms style (obvious seams), but still looks good unless you are right on top of it. It's attached by a spring, so it will gently move with a breeze or vibrations. The decorative top pieces appear to be metal; the base and the part the decorations are attached to are probably plastic or resin - this is very lightweight empty.I don't hear the motor at all (motor instructions are horrible - move the -/+ slider away from '-' to get it to work). I set the slider in the middle and have a good flow without splashing. I noticed after a few hours that the water was noisier than I wanted, so I added stones where the streams hit the surface and it is much quieter.The decorative top doesn't seat firmly, but does stay in place. I believe the power cord is supposed to run through the square hole but I can't get the top to sit properly if I do that.The only improvement I would make would be an on/off switch inline with the power cord.Note: It did not come with stones.

Had this delivered to my mom for her birthday and she loves it!

I am sorely disappointed in this product!! I had SO looked forward to receiving this product as part of my quest for health and wellness, but am left bereft, frustrated, upset, and disgusted. While I understood the overall size of the fountain, the quality of the materials is poor and the product poorly constructed. I thought I could trust a well-recognized American company, Bits n Pieces, to deliver a quality product, but I was sadly mistaken. There is no gentle sound of water as the water does not even reach all of the petals, even when the reservoir is full. There is no way to adhere the suction cups to the bottom of the reservoir to avoid the vibration of the pump as the water tube is too short. I would send this back immediately except that I had to literally tear the package apart to extract the product. Now I am left with no peace, no working product and am out much more money than the product is worth. Hopefully both the seller and Amazon will read this and take action. I am sorely disappointed in both!!

The media could not be loaded. This is a very attractive tabletop fountain, the quality is not that great for the money, I thought the bowl would be porcelain, and it is plastic instead. I would rather have it had brass color leaves instead of green ,it makes it look cheep side. But having said thisIt is very attractive and if you add some kind of small gravel or glass pebbles it really gives it a finishing touch. I do like it.

I have repackaged and returned, and I realize I should have taken photos. The image for the gift above is really gorgeous. What arrived is not that. It was cheap, crammed into a piece of styrafoam. Bowl is crappy plastic. No stones were included. Parts are cheap and warped. I love the concept and would gladly pay more if it was higher quality. I bought it for a gift and had to quickly come up with something us, because this would have been embarrassing.

This is not a very good fountain. Instead of hearing the sound of water you hear the sound of the pump. This is very annoying. I ended up requesting a return of this fountain. I was given a refund and didn't even need to send it back. That's probably because the manufacturer knows about this defect.

Love it !!!!!!!!!!! It IS a little smaller then expected. I put it on a 5" stand, the largest one, out of three Plexiglass stands that you sell as a set, 2 1\2" 4" 5" (LOVE them also) and it looks great. Putting the rocks in the water are a MUST for drama.

My wife loved her Valentine’s gift. It’s really quiet. Have to remember to add water every couple of days due to evaporation. Beautiful. Many have commented on how they love it. We added the glass stones to it to add color. They were not included.
