Good Laptop
Though I got this product for my sister, she is happy with the quality and functionality.

Screen problem
Worked fine for 2 weeks. Then when I switched on again after going out there were lines on the left hand side and bottom of the screen. There was enough of the screen left to reset the computer to factory settings, luckily. Returned it and got my money back in 3 days

Looks great doesn’t work
Delighted by excellent physical condition but useless because impossible to set up due to keyboard issue. @ was upper case on 2 key But shift then 2 produced “ so I could not sign into or create a Microsoft account for set up purposes or set up without a MS account or do anything needing @ so i have requested a return and refund

Good product but the battery was worn out
The battery is horrible. Each time I fully charge it and shut it down when I want to use it again, it always has no battery left. Performance was very good though. The laptop was in very good shape. If not for the battery issue, I would have kept the product.Was very easy to set up and start using it, the whole process took about 30 minutes. The laptop itself looks a bit bulky but sturdy. The keyboard is smooth and sensitive.
