Excellent build quality but Poor motor performance: Updated
Update: After dealing with Jasion's customer service, I want to amend my review. If you read my review below you will see I was no happy with the performance of this one product. The company stand by their products and remediated the situation 100 percent. I will for sure be buying their new products in the future. Most of my family own a Jasion Electric bike so we will love to see what new products they make. If you live in a flat area this scooter will work great. Its smooth and well built.Let me start off by saying have owned 3 of the Jasion E-bikes. I really wanted to love this scooter. The design and build are excellent. The height of the handlebars and the overall design are good. Now here is the bad. The motor is described has 850w peak with high torque. With 160-pound adult and a 10-degree grade it will barely reach 12mpb. If the grade exceeds that forget about it you are walking up it.Wehn trying to return this item also, forget about it. You have pay for shipping and you lose the 110-dollar original shipping fee. it's a shame they didn't just use the 1200w motors that they install on all their adult E-bikes. I will just have to sell this privately to someone that lives in a flat area. Will I buy future Jasion products? Probably but not anything under a 1200w motor rating. Hope this helps anymore who might be considering buying one.

Awesome scooter and amazing customer service
I love this little scooter. I can't walk to the corner store anymore because of a back injury, and I hate asking people for rides or having to take Uber anytime I need a couple things. Now that I have the scooter, I can get anywhere within a few miles in around 10 minutes. A couple months ago it died on me while I was headed to the grocery store, and then did it again on my way back from the store a few days later. Luckily I had run into someone that was able to give me a ride back home with the scooter in their car.I emailed Jaison customer service to see what could be done. After a little over a week of emailing back and forth where they told me things to check (with pictures showing me exactly what to check), and me sending them pictures after to make sure I was understanding correctly, they mailed out the replacement brake handle with the replacement wire/cord already connected. I received an email the same day that the part arrived with a video showing step by step instructions to properly remove the old part, and put the new one on.From the moment I reached out for assistance, Reanna was beyond helpful and patient with me. She responded within a day to each email and made sure we had the reason for the problem figured out before sending me anything. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any customer service agent, in any company, in my life. I have been recommending this product and company to anyone I know that may be interested in one of these scooters, and I am certain I will be making any future electric bike/scooter purchases with them.

Jasion JS3 Pro- worth the money
I had some issues of my own doing when i first bought the scooter. I accidentally changed the settings on the screen and there was no way to reset it to default. The customer support team helped me through this and got me a copy of the p codes for the scooter and helped me get it back on the road. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's very well built and one of the best looking of this class of scooters. As far as any complaints about it not working on a grade, you need to realize it is only 36v and a fraction of the cost of the Jasion e-bikes. It's really an apples to oranges comparison. They seem to make a good product at a good price point.

sturdy and well made, but for me, not without its problems
ordered my Jasion JS3PRO on 3/26/2025, it was delivered on Saturday 3/29/2025. put it together the same day, very easy until i went to put the rear basket on. you have to remove 4 screws, align the basket and put the screws back in. they send a tool kit, but they are all Allen, L, wrench, which i hate. 3 of the 4 screws were difficult to get out because they were in too tight. the 4th one was impossible to get out. additionally, the head of the screw did not align with the L wrench, which made it impossible to use the L wrench they provided. i tried some of my L wrenches, but of course, they were either too big or too small and once stripped, were useless. i asked my very strong neighbor for help and he couldn't get it out either. in the process, the inside of the screw head where the L wrench goes in, got stripped. called Jasion customer service number, asking for advice on how to get the screw out, the girl took the information and sent it to their support team. finally a family member came over to help me. he had to cut a slot into the screw head, then use a wide flathead screwdriver to unscrew it, even then he had difficulty getting it out. the screw was actually in crooked, which then misaligned the threads. i went to local hardware store, bought 4 new smaller screws, washers and nuts. had to buy smaller ones because the original screws threaded in and no need for a nut. i emailed their support team to tell them the problem was fixed, the original screws were in too tight and one was in crooked. the next day they finally got back to me with an email, saying they glad it was resolved. it charged quickly so i decided to give it a try. the electronics say 3 modes -- there is nothing in the assembly instructions, or additional instructions to tell you anything about the different modes, so once again, i sent them an email. a few days later i got a phone call, was i satisfied with their customer service, i said no, explained why and said i was still waiting for a response about the modes. the guy said he would be sure it was answered that day. i also told him i was between two scooters, but choose the Jasion because my niece bought one of their E-bikes last year, had a problem and got quick response. as of today, i haven't heard back from Jasion about the modes, which means i will be sending them another curt email. the scooter itself is well made, the tiller comes down easily to put it in a trunk/hatchback. they say the rear basket is removable -- which it is, and which i will have to do, as my hatchback doesn't open high enough to get it in the car back hatch with the basket on. there is no place to put a water bottle holder on the tiller, you would have to put it on the handlebars, but then it sticks up higher than i would like. due to the issues i had with the basket screws, and their poor customer service, i have given it a rating of 3.update 4/14/2025 after a few days and still no answer about the 3 modes, i sent another email. when they responded, they sent me, via email, the entire "users manual", that actually should be included in every sale, that basically explained the electronic unit on the scooter. fine, mode 1ect but no explanation what those mean. i responded with a rather frustrated, curt response. today, i got a simple, clear answer -- mode 1 goes up to speeds of 9mph mode 2 up to 18mph and mode 3 up to 25mph. at least now i know what the modes refer to and their speeds. i suspect part of the problem in resolving my question may have been a language barrier, i am glad my issue is finally resolved, it has added to my respect for a company that took the issue up their chain of command to resolve it. as such, i will increase my star to 4. i can't change it to a 5 since it took too many emails to get someone to understand and resolve my question. if i need help from their customer service dept in the future, depending on how that goes, i may at that time change it to a 5.
