I purchased this pool and when I inflated it, there was a small leak in the lower ring. I contacted the company with my concerns. They immediately got a replacement sent to me and didn't even make me send the defective one back. They also gave me an extended warranty on the replacement. The customer service was extremely timely and took care of all my concerns. The replacement pool is up and running. I'm loving it. The grandkids love it. I would purchase from this company again for sure.

Was looking for something with shade and decent size for our little family of 3. This pool is great quality and the perfect little size. The canopy was a little confusing with the 2 smaller pieces just know that they go in where the roof would be. The light blue lines that run across the roof. Look on the top and there will be a little slit to slide it in! Took probably 30-45 min to fill up with the water hose! You will need a separate air pump to inflate! I got one for $15 at Walmart!

This pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. This pool either didn’t inflate correctly or there’s an issue with the overall design. The inflatable seat doesn’t just fail to hold up your weight, but it also has you bend in such a way just to sit on it. Not the most comfortable feature.The first photo shows how the left side gives way and lets out all the water.The second and third show the water release value in the corner next to the seat. This valve comes open simply by jumping into the pool. It doesn’t have a way to lock and prevent this. I’d suggesting gluing it shut if you wish to keep your water bill low.This pool isn’t worth the amount of money I paid for it…

While it held up initially, I had concerns about its long-term durability, especially with regular use by active children.The setup process was straightforward, and inflating the pool was relatively easy. However, deflating and storing the pool posed challenges due to its size. It required more storage space than I anticipated, making it less convenient to put away when not in use.Overall, while the StarOcean Inflatable Pool with Canopy has some positive aspects like easy setup and initial functionality, its size and canopy coverage were disappointing. I would recommend potential buyers carefully consider the actual dimensions and their space requirements before purchasing, especially if they are looking for a pool that comfortably accommodates both kids and adults.

Not very durable.

My grandchildren love this pool! The canopy provides the right amount a shade during extra hot days. Set up was easy and filling up even easier. Retained air.

Ordered this pricey pool for Father’s Day and opened it the day of to begin backyard fun. Straight out of the box everything looked good except no pump to blow it up. They could be my fault for assuming it came with one but the details didn’t call out you need to buy a pump as well. Ran to store to buy a pump and get back to blow it up and IT HAS A HOLE on the bottom layer!!! I should’ve just packed it back up for a return but then father’s day plans would’ve been ruined. So we proceed to look for the repair patch that came with it and the 1st one didn’t have the patch attached only the wrapper as if it was used. The second patch fixed the issue BUT i should not be repairing any pool fresh out the box for this price !! Once it was blown up and filled it was great. The cup holder wasn’t deep enough to hold regular size drink or can but that was minor.

This Pool can easily Fit 3 large adults and 1 small child or if you have a tiny party, Multiple kids at once. Had a small problem with the drainage hole however the company was really fast to respond walking me through the process for days (fantastic customer service) they have made me feel at ease and even gave me another replacement for free :) I could ask for nothing better than the quality they have given
