This is a very nice Italian blend. It smells very fresh and the contents were nice and fluffy. Yes that is a factor. It sprinkled nicely and added a nice flavor to my Bolognese sauce. I would buy again.

This is a fresh, aromatic, and delicious blend like no other. I use a lot of Italian seasoning-meatloaf, homemade pasta, spaghetti, meatballs, lasagne, soups, stews, etc. I highly recommend this Gourmet Spice Islands Organic Italian Seasoning and will definitely be a return customer!

Top seal appears to behave been wet. The seal appears to have been wet and dried by the looks and condition of seal and it was more than difficult to remove. The aluminum underneath was stuck and could not be removed without a sharp knife, which I hesitate to use because I didn’t want plastic or aluminum to fall into the jar.

Works for our big family.

For a bulk jar of spice, very happy with the freshness and taste.

I started buying this in the larger size to save money ! This is one of my favorite and used daily herb blends . So far they have always been fresh .
