The media could not be loaded. I had a lovely concrete fountain on my patio I greatly enjoyed. However, the summer heat limited my outdoor time. I decided to look for something I could use year round for inside of my home. After scouring countless choices I settled on this fountain.Things I needed to consider included space, material make up and price. This turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice for me! I carefully checked measurements, and love the authentic stone and copper materials. I didn't want anything plastic.I saw some reviews mentioned a slight splash or spillover, but I've not experienced that. With no other sound or noise distraction, this fountain provides only the soothing sound of flowing water. It helps me relax and focus on stillness and quiet. Very easy to care for, requiring minimal maintenance. Setup was literally a breeze. I can't recommend this fountain anymore highly!

The media could not be loaded. As a geologist I can tell you this is constructed with real slate rock. Yes the base part of the top portion is a resin but that part is covered by the round stones anyway and doesn't matter, I'm sure saves on weight. The rest of the fountain is indeed real slate, beautiful. Easy to assemble. The small pump does have a water rate switch to put it higher or low flow. At highest flow I find it splashes out too much, I have set my flow to the middle, and has a nice sound and no splashing. Only negatives I can find is ... 1.) no on/off switch but this can be solved by plugging it into a smart plug device and then I just tell Alexa to turn it off or on or set a schedule. 2) the pump motor does have a bit a noise, I have adjusted it to the best I can by inserting the tube all the way up, and not having it touch the side or bottom and that seems to diminish the motor sound to minimum. Overall worth the higher price compared to other indoor fountains made of fake rock or plastic. The real stone construction alone makes it worth it. I've attached a video....BUY IT!

My wife loves this fountain -- the look and it is very quiet. However, the base leaked. We bought some rubberized waterproof sealant and sprayed the inside of the base and the outside of the base. Now, no leaks

The media could not be loaded. I can’t say enough good things about this fountain. Very attractive slate and copper. Super well-constructed and heavy and came packaged very tight and secure. Whoever makes these definitely puts an emphasis on quality and it shows (nothing about it is cheap or flimsy). I put mine outside on a cover patio and it’s just the right gurgling sound - not too much, not too soft. I adjusted the sound to my liking by moving the rocks around and putting a few in the copper water spouts. The water sounds change depending on if it’s hitting rocks or hitting water - experiment with it and you’ll get whatever sound you want.

This is the new and "improved" version. The pump does not have an on/off switch and must be plug and unplugged at the wall. The pump is inferior and the water flow is not adjustable. A call to Kenroy results in the comment "this is new and improved with better technology" over and over by the customer service rep. No replacement pump with on/off switch is available for this model because "it is new and improved with better technology". This was to replace the the previous model I had because it sprung a leak. The rep informed me the old pump will not fit this newer one because "it is new and improved with better technology". I was told if Amazon misreprented it then that is their problem and to work it out with them. Wow! Epic fail!

It’s heavy duty and very sturdy, beautiful colors, the water sound is perfect, not too loud but you can clearly hear it, super easy to assemble. It came with rocks but I have also added a few more rocks. I created a little zen spot in my living room with this fountain. I’m super happy with my purchase. The only complaint I have is that I had to order another fountain because the first one I received was very green and had barely any copper colors at all on the stones and did not look like the website photos at all. But now I’m very happy with the colors on the replacement. This is a pricy fountain but I think it’s worth it.

This is a stunning fountain but as much as it looks strong and durable the pump and wiring wore out within 90 days. The fact that there are no returns after 60 days is telling. The pump is not available and the company is impossible to contact. There is no one off switch so I’d you buy this put it in a place you can unplug it because the pump is so fragile. I almost bought it agin because it is so beautiful, compliments the house and the sound very accurately soothing and bearable. I so wish I could recommend this item and so wish we could get it again but $100+ for 3 months and no customer service or new pump makes me not want to deal with the hassle and not trust the vendor. If you want the beauty and sound of a fountain and are willing to babysit the pump or re-buy—go for it! If your looking for the durability that it projects on the surface —forget it—it’s a facade. So sad that that’s the way it’s over.

The media could not be loaded. To play safe, I applied silicone seal at the seams. I installed it, and it ran without any leaks. I decorated it with Buddha and pagodas, and added a few more river rocks. The outcome is phenomenal. I have uploaded a video to show its grandeur. I would rate it with more than 5 stars if only I could!
