I'm not sure why several people complained about this little cam it's absolutely perfect for what I need it's light compact and sits very nicely on my desk . The tripod isn't as tall as I would like but otherwise it's perfect . It had very good streaming quality and it's mic and resolution are nice over all it was a great buy
