Not sure what all the fuss about the taste of this cornbread. Its cornbread with cinnamon added, nothing more, nothing less. Very easy to prepare and I thought it was very tasty. Would I buy it again, probably not as I can add cinnamon to any other cornbread mix and obtain a similar flavor.

When I saw these online I got all excited! I'm a churro girl. Love me some cinnamon sugar goodness. I bought 3 to start with. The 1st try I realized I should have used a smaller pan so that one was somewhat on me as far as final product appearance. The taste I blamed on myself as well... shouldn't have lol. Then I made the next 2 boxes. That did make them thicker and fluffier but it still didn't help the taste. They taste like very bland regular corn bread with an off taste that is not cinnamon or sugar. I took them off my auto ship. They are not for me.

I love these cinnamon cornbread muffins. They are easy to mix and bake. They are moist. I like crumbling them in my black eye peas, collard greens, mustard greens, etc to give the veggies a sweet cinnamon flavor. The flavor of the cinnamon cornbread reminds me of a cinnamon roll. I can just grab one and eat it as it tastes almost like a sweet dessert cake. I gave my sister one to taste and she loved it and said she was going to place an order for several boxes. The price is good, the value is good and I had to add them to my subscribe and save. If you like cinnamon rolls, you will like this cinnamon cornbread.
